This Privacy Policy explains how Eposy (“Eposy”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit eposy.com, contact us by phone or messaging apps, or use payment and related services we provide for product brands including Botso.aiselected partner products (together, the “Services”).
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Irish and EEA data-protection law. Where UK GDPR applies to you, we apply equivalent standards.
1. Who we are
Eposy is an AI agency and the merchant presence used for certain card and wallet payments tied to Botso.ai product seatstied to selected partner product seats. For privacy queries or data-subject requests, call 087 738 5026 or message us on WhatsApp at the same number.
Card and wallet checkout is processed by Revolut (or its Merchant affiliates) as an independent payment service provider. Revolut acts as a separate controller or processor for payment data according to its own terms and privacy notice.
2. Data we collect
2.1 Enquiries and contact
- Name, phone number, and message content you send by voice note, WhatsApp, Viber, or phone
- Any follow-up details you provide during a call or chat
2.2 Payments and orders
- Order history, product seats purchased, amounts, currency, VAT, and timestamps where we act as merchant of record
- Payment status and merchant order references returned by Revolut
- We do not store full card numbers on our servers; card data is handled by Revolut’s checkout
2.3 Technical and usage data
- IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location derived from IP, pages visited, and timestamps
- Cookies or similar technologies used for basic site preferences and security
3. Why we use your data (legal bases)
- Contract — to respond to enquiries, deliver services you request, and fulfil payment-related obligations
- Legitimate interests — to secure the site, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve our services

- Product brands — Botso.ai operators as neededpartner operators as needed to provision seats you purchased through our merchant channel
- Infrastructure providers — hosting, messaging, and security vendors under appropriate contracts
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect rights and safety
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Where data is processed outside the EEA/UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, together with vendor due diligence.

We keep enquiry and order records for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service and for a further period required for tax, accounting, dispute, and fraud-prevention purposes (typically up to seven years for financial records, unless a longer period is required by law).
