Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of eposy.com and related Eposy services, including voice and messaging enquiries and payment processing we provide as merchant of record for certain Botso.ai product seatsfor certain partner product seats (the “Services”). By using the site, contacting us, or completing a payment through our merchant channel, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Who we are
Eposy (“Eposy”, “we”, “us”) is an AI agency. We also act as the payments merchant presence for selected product seats sold for Botso.aisold for partner products. Contact: 087 738 5026.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract.
- You must not use the Services if prohibited under applicable law (including sanctions or trading restrictions in your jurisdiction).
3. AI agency services
- Enquiries via voice note, WhatsApp, Viber, or phone are reviewed by our systems and, where appropriate, by a person.
- Quotes, proposals, and delivery timelines for custom AI work are agreed separately in writing.
- Nothing on this site is a binding offer until confirmed in a signed statement of work or order.

- Where you purchase a product seat and checkout shows Eposy / Revolut Merchant, we act as merchant of record for that payment.
- Access to Botso.ai dashboards and desks is provided under Botso.ai’s own terms. - Seat fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as we state at checkout.
- Card data is handled by Revolut; we do not store full card numbers.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse messaging channels, attempt fraud, or interfere with our systems.
- Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
6. Disclaimers
- Site content is informational. Custom AI outcomes depend on scope, data, and integration quality.
- Trading products associated with Botso.ai involve capital risk — see our Risk Disclosure and Botso.ai’s disclosures.Where we process payments for trading-related product seats, capital is at risk — see our Risk Disclosure.
- Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- No liability for trading or system losses. You acknowledge that bots, algorithms, desks, syndicates, and related software or infrastructure may fail, underperform, mis-execute, halt, or experience bugs, outages, data errors, or venue issues. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our officers, employees, and affiliates have no liability for any loss of capital, trading losses, missed profits, or consequential losses arising from such events or from market movements. Completing a purchase (or ticking agreement at checkout) constitutes your acceptance of this allocation of risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eposy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for trading losses on third-party venues. Without limiting the above, Eposy has no liability for loss of funds caused by automated bots, trading systems, software defects, operational failures, or market conditions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts in Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
